Saudi Arabia To Ease COVID-19 Travel Restrictions After 1st January 2021

In March Saudi Arabia imposed the travel restrictions in the wake of the raising concerns over the coronavirus. Later on, the kingdom also put a ban on the pilgrims to offer the Umrah. This year also the people staying in Saudi Arabia were only allowed to offer Hajj and their number was minimized to 1000 to halt the spread of the coronavirus. As there are decreases in the coronavirus cases so Saudi Arabia has decided to remove the ban on international traveling.
Uplift on Travel Restrictions
The ministry of interior proclaimed that all travel restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic will be uplifted from the New Year 2021. The transport by the three routes such as land, sea, and air will be resumed by properly following the precautionary measures. However, the authorities have still not announced any final date of ease the travel restrictions and it will be declared at least 30 days before the New Year. Furthermore, the health minister will also analyze the standard operating procedures on travelers. The Gulf state citizens on the visit visa will be permitted to enter Saudi Arabia from 15th September. They have to provide a negative report of the coronavirus test conducted before 48 hours
Update on Umrah Traveling

Current Situation Of Coronavirus In Saudi Arabia
According to the latest updates the number of coronavirus cases in Saudi Arabia is 325,651, and the death tally has been reached up to 4,268. However, the number of recovered patients is 302,870.
