Kuwait Lifts Travel Restrictions From 35 Countries From February Onward:
In order to contain the spread of the Covid-19, Kuwait restricted the entry of foreigners from around 35 countries that were declared as “high-risk countries”. The travel ban had been applied for at least 07 months ago and no flights from the mentioned 35 countries were landed in Kuwait. However, recently the government of Kuwait lifted the ban from all these banned countries and the flights will be resumed according to the normal schedules.
Updates On Traveling Approval:
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), on Thursday, February 18th, 2021, has declared that a proposal has been submitted to the Ministry of Health to allow foreigners to Kuwait. However, several main points are highlighted in the proposal and these are mentioned below:

All the coming passengers will undergo a quarantine period of 14 days at their own expense.

The passengers will also bear two PCR tests. One will be conducted on their arrival at the airport and the other will be done once after completing their quarantine period.

The domestic workers are not included in this decision. They are still able to enter the country and will be treated according to the previous decision taken a few months ago by the government of Kuwait.
Travel Ban to the Foreigners:
On August 1st, 2020, the government imposed a travel ban on foreigners. However, after several hours, the travel ban for commercial purposes had been resumed. Initially, the ban was imposed on 31 countries and then some other countries were also included. Afghanistan was added to the list of the banned countries in August. In September, the list was amended and France and Argentina were added to the list, however, Singapore was removed.
