Ministry of Religious Affairs Announces Job Opportunities for Hajj 2025 Operations

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony is seeking to hire staff for Hajj 2025 related assignments. These MORA jobs 2025 are temporary and will be valid for a maximum of four months and all employees will be paid on daily a basis. The per day wage of these jobs at MORA will vary depending upon the positions. Walk-in tests and interviews will be conducted at the Ministry of Religious Affair’s office on the 1^st Floor, Kohsar Block, Pakistan Secretariat, Islamabad.

Available Positions and Requirements

Data Processing Assistant

• Posts Available: 20
• Age Requirement: 18 to 28 Years
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT (2^nd Class or Grade C) from an HEC-recognized university. Typing speed of 30 words per minute (w.p.m.).

Data Entry Operator

• Posts Available: 20
• Age Requirement: 18 to 25 Years
• Qualifications: Intermediate (2^nd Division) with computer-related subjects from a recognized board. And the typing speed should be 40 w.p.m.

D.C (Lower Division Clerk)

• Posts Available: 4
• Age Requirement: 18 to 25 Years
• Qualifications: Matriculation with a minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m.

Naib Qasid

• Posts Available: 4
• Age Requirement: 18 to 25 Years
• Qualifications: Primary pass and Relevant work experience.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Online Application Submission: All candidates must apply online through the Ministry’s website within 15 days (24^th January 2025). Applicants should also download their roll number slips and bring them along for the test/interview.
• Test/Interview Schedule: All candidates should report to the venue at sharp 9:00 AM. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter afterwards.
• Required Documents: candidates must bring their original and attested copies of qualification certificates, degrees, experience letters, CNIC and four passport-sized photographs to the test/interview.
• Shortlisting and Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Selected candidates will be informed via phone and must join the position within three days of the offer.
• Job Terms: These Ministry of Religious Affairs jobs are on a contingent-paid/daily wages basis and will not lead to regularization or permanent appointments.
• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is permissible as per government rules.
• No TA/DA: No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the test/interview.

Remuneration Details:

All selected candidates will paid on per day basis for these Hajj 2025 jobs and the wages details are given below:

1. Data Processing Assistant will be paid Rs. 2,197/- per day.
2. Data Entry Operator will receive Rs. 1,736/- per day.
3. LDC clerks will get Rs. 1,462/- on daily basis for the duration of four months.
4. Naib Qasid will be paid Rs. 1,233/- per day
