Hajj is a holy journey that Muslims people do annually. It is known as one of the five pillars or bases of Islam. Every single Muslim who has the ability to perform Hajj, he must to go and perform Hajj once in his/her life. Muslims perform Hajj in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The duration of this holy event is five days and it is replete with a number of Islamic rituals that the pilgrims must obey for the completion of their Hajj. The rituals come to see in such a manner that first of all Muslims pilgrims take Ihram. Then the first day is the 8th Dhu al-Hijjah. This day is also known as Tarwiyah Day and Muslims also perform Tawaf and sa'ay on that day. Muslims go to Mina and spend almost the whole of the day there. 
 
The second day, the 9th Dhu al-Hijjah, is the day when pilgrims go to Arafat and Muzdalifah. During the third day, 10th Dhu al-Hijjah, the event of Ramy al-Jamarat occurs and Muslims or pilgrims perform sacrifice of animals, remove their hair and then Tawaf Ziyarat. The fourth day, 11th Dhu al-Hijjah, is the day when Muslims throw seven pebbles again around each of the three pillars in Mina. This event is also known as “Stoning of the Devil”. During the fifth day, 12th Dhu al-Hijjah, the same process of stoning takes place and then Muslims before sunset leave Mina and set off for Mecca. During the last day of pilgrims, 13th Dhu al-Hijjah, pilgrims offer Tawaf al-Wadaa. Now, Journey to Madina starts and Muslims can stay in Madina and other desired places as long as they need.
