Directions

By Car: Arrange a cab to transport you to your destination through Bahnhofquai and Museumstrasse, typically a journey lasting about 5 minutes.

By Train: Catch the no. 13 train from Bahnhofquai/HB station to Sihlquai/HB. From there, it's just a one-minute walk to your destination.

Important Information

Please note that there will be a seasonal program change from March 7 to 25, 2022. During this period, the Dolderbahn cogwheel train will be utilized instead of the aerial cable car.

Please be aware that routing adjustments may be necessary due to ongoing construction work or events in the area.

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, food and drinks are not permitted inside the vehicle.

It is essential for all guests to provide valid identification upon arrival.

Additionally, all international visitors are required to provide their passport and visa details upon arrival.

Children aged 0 to 5 can accompany the tour free of charge, while children aged 6 to 15 will be charged at the child rate. Guests aged 16 and above will be charged at the adult rate.

Confirmation Protocol

Upon successful booking, the customer will promptly receive a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hour.

If the desired time slots are not available, an alternative schedule preferred by the customer will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be issued via email.

Alternatively, customers have the option to cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be promptly processed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 1 day before the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 0.0% of the total tour cost.

Cancellations made within 0 to 1 day before the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100.0% of the total tour cost.
