Public Transport:

Bus: To get to the meeting point, head to Zurich Central Bus Station Sihlquai. You can catch intercity buses such as 15EX, 15EXU, 15EXU3, 15PEX, and 15ZPEX.

Tram:

If you prefer tram, the closest station to the meeting point is Sihlquai/HB, only 75 meters away.

Children aged 0-5 years can participate in the experience free of charge, while children aged 6-15 years must book the package at child prices. Individuals aged 16 years and above are required to book the package at adult prices.

Valid identification is mandatory for all guests upon arrival.

Foreign nationals must provide their passport and visa details upon arrival.

Please be advised that the route may be altered due to construction work.

If the number of participants is fewer than 15, a minivan will be used instead of a bus.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the vehicle.

Please note that a fixed-day ticket is only valid for the date it is booked and cannot be transferred to another day.

Confirmation Policy

The customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within one business hour of a successful booking. If the preferred slots are not available, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer's preference and send a new confirmation voucher via email.

Alternatively, customers can opt to cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellations occur 1 day before the date of travel, 0.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations occur within 0 to 1 day before the date of travel, 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
