The whale-watching excursion is conducted on a TriMaran vessel, a multi-hull boat designed for open-water sailing. The boat is expertly managed by a professional crew.
Note:
Children aged 5-10 years are eligible for child rates.
Children over 10 years will need to purchase adult tickets.
The package accommodates a maximum of 15 individuals.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply.For cancellations made between 1 day and 30 days before the travel date, the entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, we will offer alternative options where possible, but a cash refund will not be provided.

Confirmation

After a successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours.If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer’s preference and send a new confirmation voucher via email.Alternatively, if the customer prefers to cancel before receiving confirmation, a full refund will be processed.

Note that the activity may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions; in such cases, we will inform you of the next available time slot.Participants are asked to arrive at the hotel lobby at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time. Timeliness is crucial as the activity operates on a strict schedule.

Valid ID is required for each guest both at booking and upon arrival. Please note that PAN cards are not acceptable as address proof.
Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details both at the time of booking and upon arrival.

Please maintain social distancing and adhere to hygiene practices, including frequent hand sanitization and wearing masks.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during the whale-watching tour in Mirissa.

Dress comfortably for the whale-watching activity; avoid wearing clothing that may be cumbersome, such as saris.
Personal expenses and items of a personal nature are not covered in the whale-watching package.
