By car, VR Park Dubai is conveniently located 2.9 km from the city center. It’s a quick 6-minute drive via the Al Safa St/D71 route.

Cancellations

If cancellations are made within 60 days of the travel date, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In cases of unforeseen weather conditions, union disputes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. We will provide alternative options where possible; however, a cash refund will not be available.

ID proof is required for every visitor upon arrival.
Passes are valid for one person only and for the same day. Retail, arcade games, and food & beverage are not included.
Some attractions may use life-like props, such as guns and gloves, that interact with the VR elements.
Each ride can be experienced only once. Repeated rides are not permitted.
A 5 AED refundable deposit is required for the gaming card, which must be paid directly at the venue.
Standard age, height, and weight restrictions apply to each attraction.
Height Requirements: Adults—Over 120 cm; Children—Under 120 cm.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian. For safety reasons, children traveling alone may be denied entry.
Please arrive 10 to 30 minutes before your scheduled time, depending on your booking.
Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.
