Cancellation

If you cancel 30 days or more before your travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply. For cancellations made 1 to 30 days before your travel date, the entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, union disputes, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. We will offer alternative options where possible, but cash refunds will not be provided.

Confirmation

The customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours of a successful booking.If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer’s preferences and send a new confirmation voucher via email.Alternatively, the customer can choose to cancel the booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Additional Info

Please note that entrance fees to Udawalawe National Park (₹1350-₹2014 for a group of 1-6 people) are not included in the package and must be paid directly at the ticket counter. The jeep can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, so if your group exceeds this number, please make two separate bookings.

We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing, preferably made of dri-fit material. During the monsoon season, carrying an umbrella is advised.
Participants are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time slot. Timeliness is crucial as the activity is time-sensitive.

ID proof is required for all guests at the time of booking and upon arrival. Please note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details both at booking and on arrival.
For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for women more than 3 months pregnant, those who have had major surgery, or individuals with broken limbs, chronic back or neck pain, etc.

Face masks are mandatory in public areas. Hand sanitizer is available for both guests and staff, and social distancing measures are enforced throughout the experience. All visitors will undergo a mandatory temperature check before entering the premises.
