Booking

After choosing your activity, select the package option you wish to book. Review the details under "What's included (dependent on chosen option)" to ensure it matches your selection. Choose the number of tickets and proceed with payment. Before finalizing, double-check your dates and the cancellation policy. Once payment is processed and your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your voucher.

Voucher

When you book your ticket, we handle the payment on behalf of the operators. You can pay securely by credit or debit card through our trusted platform, used globally for activities, hotels, and flights. After your payment is processed, you'll receive a voucher (or similar) via email. Present this voucher at the attraction's entrance or ticket collection point for scanning. Any specific instructions related to your booking will be included in the voucher.

Cancellations

To cancel your booking, visit app and go to the "My bookings" section in your account menu. Be sure to review the cancellation policy for your activity before finalizing your booking, as some operators may not offer refunds for cancellations.

Refund

However, your bank may take up to 30 business days, or until your next billing cycle, to complete the refund. Please note that the refund will be converted to your local currency by your bank.
