How Pay?

Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity.

If you do not cancel within this 24-hour window (based on the local time of the activity), no refund will be provided. Failure to attend the activity will be considered a No-Show and will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the booking value.

If eligible, Agoda will promptly initiate refunds. Following the processing date, your bank may require up to 30 business days to complete the refund transaction, or until your next billing cycle. Your bank will handle the conversion of the refunded amount to your local currency.
