Before finalizing, double-check your dates and review the cancellation policy.After completing the payment and confirming your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your voucher. You can view your booking details and access your voucher by signing in and selecting "My bookings" from the account menu.

Voucher

We handle payment collection on behalf of the operators when you book your ticket, allowing you to use a credit or debit card through our secure platform, trusted by millions worldwide for activities, hotels, and flights.Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a voucher (or equivalent) via email. Present this voucher at the attraction’s entrance or ticket collection point for scanning. Your voucher will include any specific instructions related to your booking.

Cancellations

You can cancel your booking online via the by navigating to the "My bookings" section in the account menu. Before making a reservation, be sure to review the cancellation policy for your activity, as some operators may not offer refunds for cancellations.

Please arrive at the Welcome Centre 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to complete check-in. Arriving late may result in being marked as a no-show, which could lead to the forfeiture of your booking without a refund or transfer.Present your KKday voucher on-site, which will display the confirmation number for the Sydney Opera House on the right side.Wear comfortable attire and suitable walking shoes, as the tour involves navigating at least 200 steps.
