Expect

Step off at any stop to explore local attractions and enjoy a unique and convenient way to navigate the city. Hop aboard an open-air double-decker bus for a fun sightseeing experience. Take the Blue Route to Bondi or discover Sydney along the Red Route.

Booking

After choosing your activity, select the package option you wish to book. Review the details under "What's included (dependent on chosen option)" to ensure it matches your selection. Choose the number of tickets and proceed with payment. Be sure to double-check your dates and the cancellation policy before finalizing the payment. Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your voucher. You can view your booking details and access your voucher/confirmation email by signing in and selecting "My bookings" from your account menu.

Voucher

We handle payments on behalf of the operators when you book your ticket, allowing you to pay securely by credit or debit card through our trusted platform used by millions globally for activities, hotels, and flights. After payment, you'll receive a voucher (or equivalent) via email. Present this voucher at the attraction’s entrance or ticket collection point for scanning. The voucher will include any specific instructions related to your booking.

Cancellations

You can cancel your booking online by going to the "My bookings" section in the account menu. Please review the cancellation policy for your activity before booking, as some operators may not offer refunds for cancellations.

Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly. However, please note that it may take up to 30 business days, or until your next billing cycle, for your bank to complete the refund. The amount will be converted to your local currency by your bank.

Travelers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
