Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Zurich

Welcome to Zurich! When you arrive at Zurich Airport, activate your 4-day second-class Swiss Pass, which grants you unlimited travel across the Swiss Travel System network, including trains, buses, and boats. Use the pass to get to your hotel and check in. Spend the rest of the day discovering Zurich’s vibrant cultural scene, historical sites, and breathtaking architecture. In the evening, return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 2 - Trip to Mount Titlis Lucerne Walking Tour with Cruise

In the morning, prepare for an exciting trip to Mount Titlis. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply.If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the travel date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking cost.If you cancel within 15 days of the travel date, the entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. We will offer alternative options where possible, but please note that a cash refund will not be provided.

Confirmation Policy

Customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of a successful booking.If the preferred slots are not available, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on your preference and send a new confirmation voucher via email.Alternatively, if you prefer, you can cancel your booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.All refunds will be issued to the traveler’s original payment method.
