Itinerary

Day 1 - Kathmandu Arrival Welcome to the Himalayan Gateway

Upon arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, proceed through immigration and meet our local representative. They will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. After checking in, take some time to relax, and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Transfer in Scorpio, Toyota Etios
The driver will pick you up from the airport and drop you at your pre-booked hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2 - Sightseeing in Kathmandu Explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a city tour of Kathmandu. Begin with a visit to the Pashupatinath Temple, a major Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Pashupati, known as one of the largest and oldest temples in the world. Next, head to the Boudhanath Stupa, a semi-spherical stupa housing relics of Buddha and one of the largest spherical stupas globally, surrounded by a vast mandala.Proceed to Patan's central Durbar Square, renowned for its high density of temples, surpassing even Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. Continue to the Swayambhunath Stupa, with its iconic golden spire and vibrant prayer flags fluttering in the breeze, dating back to the 5th century.
If time allows, explore the local market in Thamel, where you can shop for local artifacts and savor traditional cuisine. Return to your hotel in Kathmandu for an overnight stay.
Transfer in Scorpio, Toyota Etios
The driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you for a city tour of Kathmandu.
Post-city tour, the driver will drop you back at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 - Transfer to Pokhara Blessings at Manakamana Temple

The driver will pick you up from your Kathmandu hotel and transport you to Pokhara. Along the way, you'll visit the revered Manakamana Devi Temple, dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Parvati. After receiving blessings at the temple, you'll continue your journey to Pokhara. Upon arrival, complete your check-in at the pre-booked hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Travel will be in a Scorpio or Toyota Etios.
Activity: Manakamana Temple Visit
Manakamana Temple, situated on a hill, offers both spiritual solace and stunning panoramic views. To reach the temple, take a scenic cable car ride (tickets at an additional cost), which takes about 10-15 minutes and promises an unforgettable experience.

Day 4 - Pokhara to Jomsom Travel to the Gateway of Upper Mustang

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before being transferred to Jomsom. Upon arrival, complete the check-in process, and the rest of the day is free for you to relax or take a leisurely walk to the nearby Gandaki River.Your transfer will be in a Swift Dzire or Scorpio. The driver will pick you up from Pokhara in the morning and drop you off at the hotel in Jomsom.
 

Day 5 - Muktinath Darshan Transfer to Pokhara

Wake up early and enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Board a shared SUV for a scenic journey to Muktinath Temple, where you can seek blessings from Lord Vishnu and Mahatma Buddha while taking in the stunning views of the Annapurna range. After your visit, return to your hotel in Jomsom. Later, the driver will assist with your transfer to Pokhara for an overnight stay.
Travel Details:
Transport: Shared SUV, with options including Swift Dzire or Scorpio.
Journey to Muktinath: Expect a bumpy two-hour ride.
Return: Travel back to your hotel in Jomsom, then transfer to Pokhara for the night.
Activity: Muktinath Darshan
The Gandaki River, also known as the Narayani or Gandak, is one of Nepal’s major rivers and a left-bank tributary of the Ganges in India. The sacred Shaligram stone is found along the Gandaki River.
Muktinath Temple holds significant meaning in both Buddhist and Hindu traditions. One belief is that Lord Vishnu, cursed by Brinda, took the form of Shaligram and found salvation at Muktinath Temple.

Day 6 - Pokhara Sightseeing & Transfer to Chitwan Explore Cultural Diversity

After breakfast at the hotel, a driver will pick you up for a sightseeing tour of Pokhara. You’ll visit Devi's Falls, Gupteshwar Cave, and Bindhyabasini Temple. Following the tour, the driver will assist with your transfer to Chitwan. Upon arrival in Chitwan, complete the check-in process and take some time to rest. In the evening, the driver will take you to the Tharu Cultural Program. You'll return to the hotel in Chitwan for an overnight stay.
Transportation: Swift Dzire, Innova
Pokhara City Tour: The driver will pick you up from the hotel and guide you through the city's main attractions.
Transfer to Chitwan: After the city tour, the driver will help you with the transfer to your pre-booked hotel in Chitwan.
Tharu Cultural Program: In the evening, the driver will take you to experience the Tharu Cultural Program, featuring Stick Dance, Fire Dance, Peacock Dance, and more.
Overnight Stay: After the cultural program, the driver will drop you back at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7 - Jungle Activities in Chitwan National Park Transfer to Kathmandu

After breakfast, get ready to explore Chitwan National Park. Choose between an Elephant or Jeep Safari and learn about the conservation efforts to protect endangered species like elephants and crocodiles. Enjoy the scenic jungle and observe both local and migratory birds.
After your safari, you’ll be transferred to Kathmandu for an overnight stay. Your transfer will be in a Swift Dzire or Innova. The driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to your Chitwan adventure.
Activity: Explore Chitwan National Park
Start your day with an exciting safari through Chitwan National Park, either on an elephant or in a jeep. Discover the breeding center's efforts to boost the populations of endangered animals. Walk through the lush forest and experience the wildlife and the stunning array of birds.

Day 8 - Excursion to Bhaktapur A City of Architectural Masterpieces and Ancient Sculptures

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and embark on your journey to Bhaktapur. This historic city boasts stunning architectural landmarks, including the 55-Window Palace, the Golden Gate, and the impressive five-storied Nyatapola Temple. After exploring these marvels, you'll return to Kathmandu, where you will be dropped off at Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward travel.
Transfer Details:
You will be transported in a Scorpio or Toyota Etios. The driver will pick you up from your Kathmandu hotel and take you on a sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur. Following the tour, the driver will drop you off at Kathmandu Airport.
Activity:
Day Tour of Bhaktapur: Visit the Durbar Square to see the 55-Window Palace and Golden Gate, and explore the magnificent Nyatapola Temple.

Travel

By Air: The easiest way to reach Kathmandu is by flying from India. Tribhuvan International Airport is situated just 6 km from the city center. Direct flights from major Indian cities like Delhi and Kolkata take about 1.5 hours to arrive in Kathmandu.
By Rail: There is a direct train from Jainagar in Bihar to Janakpur in Nepal. From Janakpur, you can travel by road to Kathmandu. Alternatively, you can take a train to Gorakhpur or Raxaul, both of which are well-connected to other major Indian cities. From there, you can hire a cab or take a bus to Kathmandu.
By Road: Traveling by road is an economical and scenic option with six border crossings between India and Nepal. If you're coming from Delhi or Varanasi, the most convenient crossing is at Sunauli, near Bhairahawa. Daily direct air-conditioned buses and private cars are available from these cities. Other popular crossing points include Raxaul, accessible from Patna, and Panitanki, accessible from West Bengal.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other situations beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. We will provide alternate feasible options, but cash refunds will not be available.

Confirmation Policy

The customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of a successful booking. If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule based on the customer’s preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed. Alternatively, the customer can cancel their booking before confirmation and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. All eligible refunds will be credited to the traveler’s.

Rescheduling Policy:
For Private (Standard & Deluxe Packages) and Group Bookings:
Rescheduling 7 days after the booking date but up to 15 days before the travel date incurs a 30% rescheduling fee of the total tour cost.
Rescheduling 0 to 15 days before the travel date incurs a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
Bookings made 15 days before the travel date cannot be rescheduled or modified.
For Private (Super Deluxe) and Hotel-Specific Bookings:
No modifications or rescheduling will be allowed. The standard cancellation policy applies.

Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), reserves the right to reschedule tours and treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Cancellation After Rescheduling:
Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
