Day 2 : Rome - Caserta - Naples

Following our gathering, we'll embark on a journey to explore the renowned "Italian Versailles" - Caserta Palace. Constructed in 1752, this palace boasts magnificent architecture and expansive gardens. Its rare baroque design earned it a spot on the "World Cultural Heritage" list in 1996. Our next destination is Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Alongside exploring local attractions, we'll indulge in the century's most exquisite coffee experience at Gran Caffè Gambrinus. Accommodation will be arranged either in Naples or nearby cities.

Day 3 : Naples - Pompei - Sorrento - Naples

Following breakfast, our itinerary leads us to the ancient ruins of Pompeii, a city entombed by a volcanic eruption in AD79 and unearthed during excavations around 1800. Transported back in time, we'll immerse ourselves in the vibrant ambiance of a bustling metropolis bustling with crowds, traffic, and vivid nightlife, as it existed two millennia ago. Post-tour, our journey continues to the quaint and picturesque town of Sorrento, famed for its idyllic climate and immortalized in the beloved Neapolitan melody "Torna a Surriento." Our accommodation for the night will be in Naples or its vicinity.

Day 4 : Naples - Capri Island - Salerno

After enjoying breakfast, embark on a ferry journey to enchanting Capri Island (ferry ticket provided, approximately 1 hour duration). Revered by emperors, artists, and philosophers since ancient Roman times, it's no surprise that it's dubbed the "Island of the Sirens". Capri is a beloved destination for tourists, offering captivating vistas of the sea and its erosion-wrought landscapes. The crystalline waters, akin to azure diamonds, exude the raw allure of nature! Weather permitting, you can opt for a visit to the ethereal sea cave known as the "Blue Grotto". Afterwards, return via ferry to your next destination: Salerno, where you'll spend the night either in Salerno itself or nearby.

Day 5 : Salerno - Amalfi - Salerno

Upon arrival at the charming town bearing the same name as the coastline - Amalfi, you'll discover its significance as the largest and most prominent town along the coast, lending its name to the entire region. Tucked beneath towering cliffs, this medieval village enchants with its picturesque setting, featuring cozy cafes, winding streets, and an ambiance that transports you to another era. Spend the night in Salerno or a nearby city.

Day 6 : Salerno - Matera - Bari

Matera, a forgotten paradise, is renowned for its ancient caves, rich historical narrative, diverse landscapes, and unique ambiance. It captivates visitors with its timeless allure. Today, Matera has undergone a remarkable transformation, repurposing its caves into hotels, restaurants, and boutiques, beckoning tourists and filmmakers alike. Notably, it served as a filming location for scenes in the JAMES BOND 007: No Time To Die Trailer, adding to its global acclaim. Recognized for its Sassi caves and ancient city center, Matera earned UNESCO World Heritage Site status in 1993. Following your exploration, continue your journey to Bari for an overnight stay, where you can choose accommodations such as Hotel & Residence Federiciano or a similar option. While breakfast is provided at the hotel's restaurant, lunch and dinner offer the freedom to indulge according to personal preference.

Day 7 : Bari - Ostuni - Alberobello - Bari

Ostuni, known as the White Mountain City, boasts a fusion of Renaissance and Baroque art, exuding an elegant charm through its delicate architecture. Its winding streets are lined with pristine white houses, epitomizing its picturesque allure. Meanwhile, Alberobello resembles a village straight out of a fairy tale, with its enchanting mushroom-shaped houses evoking a sense of whimsy. These unique dwellings, known as Trulli, are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, adding to the area's cultural significance. Today, many of these historic districts have been repurposed into souvenir shops, cozy guesthouses, and inviting restaurants. Our accommodation for the night will be in Bari or a nearby city.
