How to Reach:
The activity location is 4.3 km from Matara city center and 9 km from Mirissa Beach. It is easily accessible by public or private transportation. The exact location will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Nearest Railway Station: Matara Railway Station, approximately 2.7 km away.
Nearest Airport: Colombo Airport, about 179.8 km away, with flights available from major cities.
Note:
Participants must be aged 5 and older.
Children aged 5 and above are charged the same rate as adults.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply.For cancellations made between 1 and 30 days before the travel date, the full booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, union disputes, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. Alternative options will be offered, but cash refunds will not be provided.

Confirmation

After a successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours.If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer's preference and send a new confirmation voucher by email.Alternatively, if the customer prefers, they can cancel the booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Each guest must provide ID proof at booking and upon arrival; PAN cards are not accepted as address proof.
Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details at booking and upon arrival.
