Voucher

You will receive a voucher (or equivalent) via email. Present this voucher to the staff at the attraction’s entrance or ticket collection point for scanning. The voucher will include any specific instructions related to your booking.You can always view your booking details and access your voucher or confirmation email. Cancellations

You can cancel your booking online via app by navigating to the "My bookings" section in your account menu.Be sure to review the cancellation policy for your activity before confirming your booking, as some operators may not offer refunds for cancellations.

Refund

If a refund is applicable,will process it promptly. However, please note that your bank may take up to 30 business days or until your next billing cycle to complete the refund. The refunded amount will be converted to your local currency by your bank.

All visitors must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets are non-refundable.
