How to Reach:
By Car: Ski Dubai is 13.8 km from the city center, about an 11-minute drive via Sheikh Zayed Rd/E11.
By Bus: The journey from the city center takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Take a bus to the Mall of the Emirates 2-1 station, which is 400 meters from Ski Dubai. A 6-minute walk will get you to the attraction.
By Metro: Take the Red Line metro from the city center to Mall of the Emirates station. The ride takes about 20 minutes, and from there, it's a short walk within the mall to Ski Dubai.

Please ensure you bring a valid ID, as Ski Dubai may request proof of age.
At the venue, you'll be provided with all necessary ski/snowboard equipment, including jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets for your safety.
Children must be at least 8 years old, 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg to ride the Snow Bullet. Adults should not exceed 120 kg.
Slope access is restricted to experienced skiers and snowboarders only.
Food and drinks are only allowed on the cold side at Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant. The restaurant's hours are Friday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM; Sunday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; and Thursday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Helmets are mandatory for children under 13.
The park reserves the right to deny entry if there are no available slots. In such cases, guests will be asked to reschedule their visit.
Please be aware that some rides and features may have specific height and weight restrictions.
