To redeem your Big Bus Voucher, simply present it on any bus or at the BIG BUS & DUCK Tourist Hub located at 3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall, Tower 2 #01-K8, Singapore 038983, and exchange it for a boarding ticket.

[Important Information]

Buses depart from the BIG BUS & DUCK Tourist Hub at Suntec according to the following schedule:
Yellow Line: 9:30am – 5:15pm (every 25 – 40 minutes)
Red Line: 9:40am – 5:05pm (every 25 – 40 minutes)
Please note that timings may vary due to local traffic conditions.

Ticket

Child tickets are offered to youngsters aged 2 to 12 years old. All passengers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged 2 and under can travel for free. Strollers and pushchairs should be folded and stored on the lower deck.

Pre-recorded commentary is accessible on the majority of buses in the following languages: English, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian, Bahasa Indonesian, Vietnamese, French, and a dedicated channel for children (in English).

Accessibility

The lower deck of our open-top buses is wheelchair accessible. However, the Green Route and Safari Lines 1 & 2 do not offer wheelchair accessibility. Due to this limitation, passengers with mobility needs may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Please note that Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of all attractions along the tour.
