How to Reach:
By Car: The Singapore Flyer is 13.9 km from the city center, approximately a 22-minute drive via the PIE route.
By Bus: Take a bus to Promenade station, which is 550 meters from the Flyer. It’s an 8-minute walk from the bus stop to the attraction.
By MRT: Take the Circle Line or Downtown Line to Promenade MRT station, 650 meters from the Singapore Flyer, which is about a 10-minute walk away.

Additional Info

ID Proof: Each guest must present valid ID upon arrival.
Weather Conditions: Operations of the Singapore Flyer may be temporarily suspended during extreme weather for safety reasons. However, the Time Capsule will remain open.
Arrival Time: Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot to complete check-in at the Guest Services Lounge on Level 1.
Late Arrivals: Boarding for late arrivals will be subject to availability and at the discretion of the on-ground operator.
Transfers: Transfers are available throughout Singapore, except in the Woodlands and Changi areas.
Safety Instructions: Follow all safety instructions from staff and remain seated during the rotation of the Singapore Flyer.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including inside capsules and designated areas.
Food and Drinks: For hygiene and safety reasons, outside food and beverages are not allowed in the capsules.
Children: Children must be supervised by adults at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of other guests.
