How to Get There:
By Car: Take a cab and follow W Georgia St/BC-1A; it should take about 5 minutes to reach Science World.
By Train: From Waterfront Station, board the Expo Line and travel to Main Street-Science World in about 7 minutes. Then, it's just a short 2-minute walk to your destination.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the travel date, you will not incur any cancellation fees.If you cancel within 24 hours of the travel date, the full booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In the event of unexpected weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, we will offer alternative options where possible, but cash refunds will not be available.

Confirmation

After a successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hour.If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer's preferences and send a new confirmation voucher via email.Alternatively, the customer can choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and receive a full refund.
