Your dedicated guide will lead you through the lush tea gardens and factories.Visit the Oak Ray Tea Factory & Museum to observe traditional tea processing techniques. You can also purchase tea from the museum as a souvenir.

Next, marvel at the stunning Ramboda Waterfall, surrounded by lush greenery. Cancellation

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply. If you cancel within 1 to 30 days of the travel date, the entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, union disputes, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. While we will offer alternative options where possible, we are unable to provide cash refunds in these situations.

Once your booking is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours.If your preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on your preferences and send you a new confirmation voucher via email.Alternatively, you can choose to cancel your booking before receiving confirmation, in which case a full refund will be issued.
