You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and the voucher will be sent to you via email.

Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any booking prepaid through our payment gateway system is automatically confirmed.

Partial Payment: Bookings with partial payments are non-refundable and automatically confirmed.

Pay Later Booking: Bookings where payment is deferred are not confirmed until you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in details.

Our Customer Service Representative will confirm pick-up times and guide numbers for tours at least 12 hours before the tour date for group tours.

For all private tours, pick-up points are already listed in our itinerary.

All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation made before 3 days of the excursion date will incur no charges.

Cancellation made before 2 days of the excursion date will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellation made before 1 day of the excursion date will incur a 100% charge.

In the event of cancellation due to natural problems, we offer the option to reschedule your booking for another date or apply for a full refund.

For bookings with a 20% partial payment, this amount is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
