By Metro: Take the Red Line to Burjuman Station or the Green Line to Sharaf DG Station. The museum is about 1 km from either station.
By Bus: Ride bus F70 and get off at Heritage Village station. The museum is just 300 meters away.

When visiting the palace, please ensure you bring a valid ID, such as a passport copy or Emirates ID.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the museum.
The museum is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers, with the exception of three exhibits: the Vortex Tunnel, Ames Room, and Anti-Gravity Room.
Please note that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason. Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced or refunded, and entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.
For safety reasons, please avoid jumping or climbing on the handrails. Running in the Vortex Tunnel is also prohibited.
Visitors with balance issues or epilepsy are advised against entering the Tilted Room.
Emirates People of Determination (specially-abled) ID card holders and elderly visitors over 60 years of age may be eligible for discounted admission.
Maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from other visitors, including museum staff and supervisors.
The museum accommodates a maximum of 54 visitors at a time, with up to 5 members per group allowed entry together.
Please refrain from bringing large bags or backpacks into the museum.
Tickets for the Museum of Illusions can be used only once and are valid only for the date specified at the time of booking. They cannot be redeemed on any other day.
