Pick-Up: Choose between two time slots: 5:00 AM or 12:30 PM for your hotel pick-up in Anuradhapura.
Tour Options: Select from Solo or Group Tour packages based on your preferences.
Wildlife Viewing: Explore the park's diverse wildlife, including Sri Lankan elephants and sambar deer, in their natural habitat.
Scenic Jeep Ride: Take in the breathtaking landscapes and enjoy a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Comfortable Transfers: Benefit from a hassle-free experience with round-trip transfers to and from your hotel.
Drop-Off: You’ll be returned to your hotel at 12:00 PM or 7:30 PM, depending on your pick-up time.
Important Notes:
Children’s Policy: Children aged 0-2 can join the safari free of charge. Children aged 3 and above require a regular adult ticket.
Additional Fees: Entrance fees to the national park are not included and range from USD 18 to USD 25 for groups of 1-6.

15 Days or More Before Travel: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.7 to 15 Days Before Travel: 75% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.Within 7 Days of Travel: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of unexpected weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. Alternate options will be offered where possible, but cash refunds will not be provided.

Confirmation Policy

After a successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours.If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternative schedule based on the customer's preference and send a revised confirmation voucher by email.Alternatively, if the customer prefers to cancel before receiving confirmation, a full refund will be issued.

The jeep can accommodate up to 6 people. If your group exceeds this number, please make 2 separate bookings.
National park entrance fees (USD 18 to USD 25 for a group of 1-6) are not included and must be paid directly at the ticket counter.
If the activity is canceled due to bad weather, you can reschedule the tour or request a full refund.
We are unable to cater to dietary restrictions, including allergies, gluten intolerance, or vegetarian diets.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing hats, scarves, and an umbrella, especially during monsoon season.
Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Hotel pickup is available in Trincomalee, Nilaveli, and surrounding areas.
A surcharge of LKR 50 applies for pickups outside these areas, to be paid directly to the driver.
