At an altitude of 4500 meters (14,764 feet), you'll marvel at the majestic Mardi Himal (5587 meters / 18,330 feet), soaking in breathtaking panoramas and serenity.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Pokhara drive to Phedi

Begin your day with an early morning and enjoy a delightful breakfast.Embark on an adventurous trekking journey with a short 30-minute drive to Phedi.Head towards Pothana, where you'll be greeted by spectacular Himalayan views from the viewpoint just above the camp. After a four-hour trek via Dhampus village, settle in at Pothana for the night.

Day 2 - Pothana Trek to Forest Camp

Start your day with an early morning wake-up call and indulge in a delightful breakfast at Pothana.Make sure not to miss the opportunity to capture breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains from the Pothana viewpoint. A short 15-20 minute walk will lead you to a perfect spot to witness the sunrise.Later, relax and unwind at the forest camp, nestled in the midst of lush greenery.

Day 3 - Forest Camp Trek to High Camp

Begin your day around 7:30 to 8:00 in the morning after a satisfying breakfast.Experience the breathtaking sunrise amidst the forest camp and take time to meditate.Embark on a trail leading through lush green forests up to Low Camp, where the majestic Fishtail mountain comes into view.Pause for a delightful lunch break.Continue with a leisurely walk to Badal Danda, enjoying panoramic views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Fishtail.The route from Badal Danda to High Camp takes approximately one and a half hours, offering stunning landscapes along the way.

Day 4 - Morning Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp

Start your day early with a brisk morning walk to the Mardi Himal viewpoint at 4,200 meters (13,780 feet) to catch the breathtaking sunrise over the mountains. Don't forget to carry a headlight for navigating the dark trails towards Mardi viewpoint and base camp.Once at the Upper viewpoint, take in the serene morning vistas before trekking back to High Camp.Enjoy a hearty breakfast at High Camp with your fellow trekkers.After breakfast, trek back to Badal Danda, where you stopped for lunch the previous day. Badal Danda offers another spectacular viewpoint with views of yaks and sheep grazing around. The sunset views from here are especially stunning.

Day 5 - Badal Danda Trek to Siding

If you wish to witness the last sunrise in the Himalayas, you must wake up early and climb 10 minutes from the lodge where you can see the beautiful morning view.After breakfast, 2-3 hours walk down to the siding village via Low Camp.Later, you descend all the way down to the Siding.After having lunch at Siding we will drive back to Pokhara.Enjoy your evening at Pokhara with the lakes and having a nice meal in meals in the restaurant.

As you ascend to the upper viewpoint, marvel at breathtaking vistas of Mardi Himal, alongside towering peaks like Macchapucchre (6993 meters), Hiunchuli (6441 meters), Baraha Shikhar (7647 meters), Singu Chuli (6501 meters), Annapurna I (8090 meters), and Annapurna South (7219 meters).

Navigate through alpine meadows to reach Mardi Himal Base Camp, where the panoramic spectacle of the entire Annapurna range unfolds before your eyes. Return via Lumre to Pokhara, and onward to Kathmandu.

This comprehensive package includes transportation, an experienced hiking guide ensuring participant safety with a medical kit, and sumptuous full board meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) throughout the trek. Accommodation is provided in local lodges, and porters are designated to carry trekking and duffle bags. The package encompasses Annapurna Conservation Park and trek permits, along with applicable government taxes and an updated Mardi Himal trekking map.

The Mardi Himal trek is available year-round, with optimal trekking seasons in Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November). Acclimatization: Climatic conditions at high altitudes differ from plains. Allow ample time for acclimatization.
