Cancellations made 1 day before the travel date will incur no cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 0 to 1 day of the travel date will be charged the full tour cost. In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, labor disputes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, alternative options will be offered, but a cash refund will not be provided.

Confirmation Policy

Customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hour of a successful booking.If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternative schedule based on the customer’s preference and send a new confirmation voucher by email.Alternatively, customers can cancel their booking before receiving confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
