If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply. For cancellations made between 1 and 30 days before the travel date, the full booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. While alternate options will be offered where possible, please note that cash refunds will not be provided

Weather conditions may cause delays or postponements; if this occurs, you will be notified of the next available time slot. The jeep can hold up to 6 people, and spotting animals is based on chance.
