A valid ID is required for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival. PAN cards will not be accepted as proof of address.
Appropriate attire is required, especially when visiting religious sites.
Please adhere to State Government guidelines, including social distancing, frequent hand sanitization, and mask usage.
Depart at the suggested times to avoid any inconvenience.
Rates may fluctuate based on changes in services or hotels. Any cost differences due to changes in the number of guests will be the client's responsibility.

Reserves the right to adjust the itinerary in case of disturbances (e.g., natural calamities, blockades, flight/train cancellations, shortages of commodities, political issues) without altering the total number of days or compromising services.
Clients will be charged for any damage or breakage of items in the hotels.

Rescheduling Policy:
Private (Standard & Deluxe Packages) & Group Bookings:
Rescheduling 7 days after booking up to 15 days before travel: 30% of the total tour cost as rescheduling fees.
Rescheduling 0 to 15 days before travel: 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
No rescheduling or modifications allowed if booking is made within 15 days of travel.
Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel-Specific Bookings:
No modifications or rescheduling allowed. Standard cancellation policy applies.

Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, unforeseeable circumstances), may reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
Cancellation After Rescheduling:
Clients who reschedule but later decide to cancel will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. Rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
