Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu Welcome to the Himalayan Gateway

Upon arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, complete the immigration process. Afterward, meet our local representative who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. Once you have checked in, take some time to rest. The remainder of the day is free for you to spend as you wish. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Transfer in Scorpio, Toyota Etios
The driver will pick you up from the airport and drop you at your pre-booked hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2 - Sightseeing in Kathmandu Explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites

After breakfast, the driver will pick you up from your hotel for a city tour of Kathmandu. Your tour will start with visits to Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. Then, you'll explore the central Durbar Square and the Swayambhunath Stupa. If time permits, you can also visit Thamel, a local market. After the tour, the driver will take you back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Pashupatinath Temple: A Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Pashupati, it's the largest and one of the oldest temples in the world.
Boudhanath Stupa: A semicircle-shaped stupa containing relics of Buddha, with a huge mandala making it one of the largest spherical stupas globally.
Patan's Durbar Square: An architectural center with a high concentration of temples.
Swayambhunath Stupa: A golden spire of the 5th-century stupa, adorned with colorful prayer flags.
Thamel: Explore the local market, shop for artifacts, and enjoy local cuisine.

Day 3 - Drive to Nagarkot via Bhaktapur Take a closer look at the mighty Himalayan peaks

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel in Kathmandu, embark on your journey to Nagarkot. En route, stop briefly in Bhaktapur to explore its architectural marvels, including the 55-Window Palace, the Golden Gate, and the impressive five-storied pagoda-style Nyatapola Temple. Continue your drive to Nagarkot, known for its expansive views of the Himalayan ranges, and check into your hotel by the evening.
Your transportation will be in a Scorpio or Toyota Etios. A driver will pick you up from your Kathmandu hotel and take you to your Nagarkot accommodation. After checking in, the driver will take you on a Sunset Tour of Nagarkot. Following the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel for an overnight stay.

In the evening, head to the View Tower, which is a 65-step climb from the parking area, to enjoy a stunning sunset with a panoramic view of the world’s highest mountains.

Day 4 - Departure Bid Farewell with a lot of memories

Rise early to witness the sunrise and the golden Himalayan peaks bathed in sunlight. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before embarking on your journey home. Your incredible Nepal tour concludes with a drop-off at Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward travel.

Travel

By Air: The easiest way to reach Kathmandu is by flying from India. Tribhuvan International Airport is situated just 6 kilometers from the city center. Regular direct flights are available from major Indian cities such as Delhi and Kolkata, taking approximately 1.5 hours.
By Rail: There is one direct train from India to Nepal, starting from Jainagar in Bihar and arriving in Janakpur, Nepal. From Janakpur, you would need to travel by road to Kathmandu. Alternatively, you can take a train to Gorakhpur or Raxaul, which are well-connected to other Indian cities, and then continue your journey to Kathmandu by cab or bus.
By Road: Road travel offers a budget-friendly and scenic option to reach Nepal. With six border crossings between India and Nepal, you have several options. For travelers coming from Delhi or Varanasi, the Sunauli crossing near Bhairahawa is most convenient, with daily direct, air-conditioned buses and private car hire available. Other popular crossings include the Raxaul border from Patna and Panitanki from West Bengal.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply.
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the travel date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking cost.
If you cancel within 15 days of the travel date, the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, labor disputes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. In such instances, we will offer alternative options where possible, but cash refunds will not be provided.

Confirmation Policy

Once the booking is successfully completed, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours. If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternative schedule based on the customer’s preferences will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, they can cancel their booking before confirmation and receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy:
Private (Standard & Deluxe Packages) & Group Bookings:
Rescheduling 7 days after booking up to 15 days before travel: 30% of the total tour cost as rescheduling fees.
Rescheduling 0 to 15 days before travel: 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
No rescheduling or modifications allowed if booking is made within 15 days of travel.
Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel-Specific Bookings:
No modifications or rescheduling allowed. Standard cancellation policy applies.

Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, unforeseeable circumstances), may reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
Cancellation After Rescheduling:
Clients who reschedule but later decide to cancel will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. Rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
