Arrival: Please arrive at the show location 15 minutes early to get comfortably seated before the performance begins.

How to Reach:
The cultural show is located on Sangamittha Mawatha, approximately 4 km from Kandy’s city center.
By Car: Local radio taxis and tuk-tuk services are readily available for transportation within Kandy.
Note:
Children aged 0-2 can attend for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Children over 2 years old require a general adult ticket.
The show starts promptly at 17:00, so please be seated 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply.For cancellations made within 1 to 30 days before the travel date, the full booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, union disputes, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. Alternative options will be provided where possible, but cash refunds will not be issued.

Confirmation

After a successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours.If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternative schedule based on the customer's preference and send a new confirmation voucher via email.Alternatively, if the customer wishes to cancel their booking before receiving confirmation, a full refund will be processed.

Please bring your printed or e-voucher with you, as it must be exchanged for a physical ticket before you enter the Cultural Show in Kandy. Your voucher is valid only for the specific date and time, so be sure not to miss it.
Children under 2 years old can attend the Kandy Cultural Show for free, but they must be accompanied by a guardian.
The show begins promptly at 17:00, so we ask that you be seated 15 minutes beforehand.
