Booking

Once you've chosen your activity, select the package option you wish to book.Verify Details: Review the "What's Included" section to ensure it matches your selected option.Ticket Selection: Choose the number of tickets and proceed with payment.Check Details: Confirm your dates and cancellation policy before finalizing payment.Confirmation: After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with your voucher once the booking is confirmed.

Voucher

You will receive a voucher (or its equivalent) via email. Present this voucher at the attraction's entrance or ticket collection point for scanning. The voucher will include any specific instructions related to your booking.When you book your ticket, payment is collected on behalf of the operators through our secure platform, which is trusted by millions of customers worldwide for activities, hotels, and flights. You can pay using a credit or debit card.

Cancellation

You can cancel your booking online via  app by navigating to the "My Bookings" section in your account menu.Before finalizing your booking, please review the cancellation policy for your activity, as some operators may not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation.

Refund

If eligible for a refund, will process it immediately. However, your bank may take up to 30 business days to complete the refund or process it in your next billing cycle. Please note that the refunded amount will be converted to your local currency by your bank.

Ticket Usage: Each ticket is valid only for its designated holder. Sharing your pass with others may result in the pass being voided without compensation or refund. Identity Verification: Travelers may be required to present ID documents (e.g., passport, ID card) for verification during the tour. Please carry your ID at all times.

Personal Belongings: Secure your belongings, as neither KKday nor Big Bus Tours will be responsible for any losses.
Luggage Policy: Due to limited capacity, luggage is not allowed on board.
Prohibited Activities: Smoking, eating, drinking, and consuming alcohol are not permitted on the bus.
Baby Strollers: Please fold and store baby strollers on the lower deck.
Consecutive Use: Tickets for 2 or more days must be used consecutively during their validity period.
Sun and Rain Protection: Bring your own sun protection and rain gear, as the bus is an open-air double-decker.
Attraction Admission: Admission tickets to attractions along the routes are not included.
Child Policy: Children aged 0-3 travel for free but must not occupy a seat. Children under 15 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
