After a successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours. If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule based on the customer's preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent by email. Alternatively, if the customer prefers not to proceed, they may cancel the booking before receiving confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

30 days or more before travel: 25% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
15 to 30 days before travel: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Within 15 days of travel: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unexpected weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. Alternative options will be provided where possible, but cash refunds will not be issued.
