Embark on your drive to Hatta Heritage Village, where ample free time awaits you to delve into the rich tapestry of the country's history at this open-air museum. Conclude your excursion with a visit to the majestic Hatta Dam, offering breathtaking vistas amidst the rocky Hajjar Mountains.

Immerse yourself in the allure of the ancient carpet and pottery market within Hatta Heritage Village, before being conveniently transported back to your hotel with shared transfers.

All buses are air-conditioned and come equipped with microphones.

The 4x4 Jeeps used for off-road safaris are also air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 7 passengers along with the driver.

Modifications to the pick-up and drop-off timings for Sharing transfers are possible, varying by 30 to 60 minutes to accommodate trip schedules, subject to traffic conditions and your location.

It is mandatory for each individual guest to provide ID proof at the time of booking and upon arrival. Please note that PAN cards will not be accepted as valid address proof.

Foreign nationals are required to share their passport and visa details both during booking and upon arrival.

Any breakage or damage to items will incur charges based on actuals.

Children aged between 0-4 years are classified as infants and can accompany their parents on the tour free of charge.

Pick-up from locations other than Dubai Hotels/Residences is available upon request with an additional surcharge.

For sharing transfers, seating arrangements are subject to availability and will be arranged by the guide upon boarding.

There will be no refunds for partially utilized services. Guests who fail to show up at the specified start time mentioned in the tour itinerary may be charged a 100% no-show fee at the discretion of the service provider.

Please note that the Hatta Mountain Safari tour does not operate on Fridays.

It is advised to avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the Hatta Mountain Safari.

All buses are air-conditioned and equipped with a microphone for convenience.

4x4 Jeeps used for off-road safaris are also air-conditioned and have a maximum capacity of 7 passengers plus the driver.

Due to the rough terrain in certain areas, we regret to inform that we cannot accommodate pregnant women, individuals with heart ailments, and those with back or neck problems on the safari.

For safety purposes, all vehicles are equipped with seat belts, and passengers are requested to wear them at all times.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the date of travel, a cancellation fee of 15.0% of the total booking cost will be applied.

Cancellations made between 15 days and 30 days before the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 25.0% of the total booking cost.

For cancellations made between 7 days and 15 days before the date of travel, a cancellation fee of 50.0% of the total booking cost will be charged.

Cancellations made within 7 days before the date of travel will result in the total booking cost being charged as cancellation fees.

Confirmation Policy

Upon successful booking, the customer will promptly receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.

If the desired time slots are not available, we will arrange an alternative schedule according to the customer's preference and issue a new confirmation voucher via email.

Alternatively, customers have the option to cancel their booking before confirmation and receive a full refund.
