Itenrary
Departure from Lahore10:30 pm (PSO Petrol Pump, Thokar niaz baig Lahore)
Pick up Members of Islamabad at 4:00am
Start your journey towards Chillas.
Take the N-5 highway and drive towards Chillas, which is approximately an 11-hour drive, or will go from Naran side if roads are cleared.
Enjoy the scenic views along the way, and make stops for views and rest as needed.
Arrive at Chillas/Gonar farm in the evening and check into your accommodation.
Dinner will be served.

Start our journey to Gupis
After breakfast, start drive towards Gupis, located in Ghizer District.
The journey from Chillas to Gupis takes about 5-7 hours, depending on road conditions and traffic.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Karakoram Highway (KKH) and the surrounding mountains.
Arrive in Gupis in the afternoon and check into your accommodation.
Explore the GupisValley, known for its lush green fields, crystal-clear river, and scenic landscapes.
Dinner will be served.
Overnight stay in Gupis.
Gupis to Phander Valley
wake up call in the morning for breakfast, leave Gupis, and head towards Phander Valley, which is about a 3-4 hour drive.
Explore Khalti Lake on the way to Phandar
Enjoy the scenic drive through the mountains, passing by charming villages on the way.
Arrive at Phander Valley, often referred to as " Little Kashmir," in the afternoon.
Settle into your accommodation and take some time to explore the valley.
Enjoy a relaxing evening by Phander Lake, surrounded by stunning mountains and nature.
Dinner will be served
Music will be played after Dinner and the partcipants will dance/enjoy.
Overnight stay in Phander Valley.
Phander Valley to Chillas
Early Wake up call to catch the sunrise over Phander Lake, a mesmerizing sight.
Breakfast will be served on time.

Enjoy the scenic drive, soaking in the natural beauty of the region.
Arrive at Chillas/ Gonar farm in the afternoon and check into your accommodation.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the town or simply relaxing.
Overnight stay in Chillas/Gonar farm.
Drive back to Lahore
Early wake-up call and prepare for the return journey to Lahore. Participants will pack their bags before breakfast so that luggage may be transferred to the roof of the vehicle.
Breakfast will be served
Start driving back to Lahore, following the N-5 highway.
Take breaks along the way for a tea break and rest as needed.
-Arrive in Lahore in the night.

Cancellation policy:
The seat cancellation policy is given below:
50% deduction if informed of cancellation 7 days before the trip.
75% deduction if informed of cancellation 3 days before the trip.
100% deduction if informed of cancellation less than 3 days before the trip.
No amount will be refunded if any person leaves the trip at any stage due to any reason.

Term and Conditions:
• Using drugs or intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught using any kind of substance on buses or during the trip will be expelled from the trip on the spot. That person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them.
• In case of any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural catastrophes, or political or security issues, any cost occurred will be covered by the member and not the company.
•On adventure trips of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary.
• It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader of the group and Guide will decide what the best alternative is, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
• Smoking in transport is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must hold a valid Computerized CNIC/Passport Card.
• Time management/punctuality is strictly recommended.
• Participants are advised to use Non-Slippery Shoes/boots/Joggers/DMS. Participants must NOT wear Heels/Dress Shoes.
• On steep ascends in mountainous areas, the air conditioning of the buses will be operational on an on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.
• Per-Head price would be slightly increased if there is a change in fuel price even on already booked tours.
• The Company will not be responsible for any injury/damage/loss.
