Additional Info

When climbing Sigiriya, bring your own water bottle as it may not be easily available near the fortress. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, lightweight clothing, and bringing sunglasses and sunscreen. The ascent is optional during the tour. Please avoid consuming alcohol or drugs; intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave. Be sure to pack clothing suitable for varying weather conditions.
