Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Almaty

Upon arriving in Almaty, you'll be transferred to your hotel for check-in and some rest. In the evening, take the opportunity to explore Arbat Street, visit museums, admire Zenkov’s Cathedral, and see the Mahatma Gandhi Statue, among other attractions, at your leisure. Afterward, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 - Almaty City Tour and visit to Rakhat Chocolate Factory

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking 15 days or more before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will apply. Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the travel date will incur a fee of 75% of the total booking cost. For cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date, the full booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. We will provide alternative options where possible, but cash refunds will not be issued.

Confirmation Policy

Once the booking is successfully made, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours. If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer's preferences and send a new confirmation voucher via email. Alternatively, the customer can choose to cancel their booking before confirmation, in which case a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

The refund will be processed within 10 business days. All applicable refunds will be issued to the traveler’s original payment method.
