Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Almaty
Upon arriving in Almaty, you'll be transferred to your hotel for check-in and some rest. In the evening, take the opportunity to explore Arbat Street, visit museums, admire Zenkov’s Cathedral, and see the Mahatma Gandhi Statue, among other attractions, at your leisure. Afterward, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2 - Almaty City Tour and visit to Rakhat Chocolate Factory
Begin your Almaty city tour with visits to key landmarks such as the Palace of the President, Republic Square, and Panfilov Park. Next, head to the Rakhat Chocolate Factory shop for a sweet treat. After the tour, you'll be transferred back to the hotel to unwind and relax.
Day 3 - Medeo & Shymbulak Resort Tour Excursion to Zelyony bazaar
Start your day by exploring the breathtaking mountain landscapes around Almaty. Visit the Medeo ice skating rink and the Shymbulak ski resort. Next, head to Zelyony Bazaar to pick up chocolates, dried fruits, and souvenirs. Finish your day with a transfer back to your hotel.
Day 4 - Charyn Canyon and Kolsai Lake Adventure
Begin your tour in the morning with a visit to Charyn Canyon, where you'll marvel at the stunning red sandstone formations. Next, explore the picturesque Kolsai Lakes, famous for their vibrant turquoise waters and stunning scenery. After a day of natural wonders, you'll be transferred back to your hotel.
Day 5 - Kok-Tobe Mountain Adventure

A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our office.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.
Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance is provided where included in the package. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Airline tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable components are subject to respective supplier terms.
Changes & Amendments
Any request to change travel dates, services, or names must be made in writing within 10 days of booking.
Changes are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Name corrections for airline tickets may not be possible or may incur airline fees.
