Day 1 - London

After breakfast, we'll head to Edinburgh, Scotland’s charming and hilly capital. Known for its rich Scottish heritage, Edinburgh is a city where you'll find wooden barrels of single malt whiskey, traditional checked kilts, and the sounds of Scottish bagpipes—elements that capture the warmth and vibrancy of this unique nation.Our first stop is Edinburgh Castle, perched atop a dramatic volcanic rock. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to view the oldest royal crown and jewels. We’ll then continue our royal journey with visits to Holyrood Palace and the City Hall.For an extra treat, consider a stop at JK Rowling’s Ivory Café, where the Harry Potter series was conceived, for a delightful coffee. Alternatively, you can visit a photo studio to dress up as “ancient Scots” and capture some memorable snapshots with your family or friends. After dinner in Edinburgh, we’ll board the coach and head towards Glasgow.

Day 5 - Glasgow Glenfinnan Viaduct Fort Augustus Loch Lomond Glasgow

Today, we fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of Scotland. Our journey begins at the iconic Glenfinnan Viaduct, famously featured in the Harry Potter films as the bridge crossed by the Hogwarts Express. Constructed between 1897 and 1901, this striking structure is a highlight for Harry Potter enthusiasts and is also depicted on the Scottish £10 banknote. In summer, you may even spot steam trains crossing the viaduct.Next, we visit Fort Augustus, a charming town named after the ancient Roman emperor Augustus. Located at the southern tip of Loch Ness, Fort Augustus offers stunning views and picturesque scenery. Day 6 - Glasgow - Gretna Green - Lake District - Manchester

In the morning, we’ll head straight to the Lake District, situated on the western side of northern England. On our way, we'll stop at Gretna Green, a charming village in southern Scotland renowned for its history of ‘runaway marriages’ that began in 1754. With its romantic wedding traditions dating back centuries, Gretna Green remains one of the world’s most popular wedding destinations. After our visit, we’ll continue our journey to the Lake District.The Lake District National Park is the most visited national park in the United Kingdom. Each year, tens of thousands of visitors come to marvel at the region’s stunning natural beauty, shaped by thousands of years of geological changes. Here, you can explore picturesque lakes, valleys, mountains, and waterfalls. You’ll have the option to join a boat cruise on Lake Windermere or visit the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction.Afterwards, we'll drive to Manchester, a vibrant and fashionable city known for its dynamic social scene. Manchester is famous not only for its sports heritage as home to Manchester United, but also for its significant industrial history.
