Booking

You can always view your booking details and retrieve your voucher/confirmation email.After choosing your activity, select the package option you wish to book. Review the details in the "What's Included" section to ensure it matches your selected option.Choose the number of tickets needed and proceed with payment.Be sure to verify your dates and cancellation policy before finalizing the payment.Once payment is complete and your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your voucher.

Voucher

You will receive a voucher (or equivalent) via email. Present it to the staff at the attraction’s entrance or ticket collection point for scanning. The voucher will include any specific instructions for your booking.We collect payment on behalf of the operators when you book your ticket, allowing you to pay securely with a credit or debit card through our platform, which is trusted by millions of customers worldwide for activities, hotels, and flights.

Cancellations.

You can cancel your booking online through the app by navigating to the "My bookings" section in your account menu.Before finalizing your booking, please review the cancellation policy for your activity, as some operators may not offer refunds for cancellations.

Refund

If applicable, refunds will be processed promptly However, please note that your bank may take up to 30 business days, or until your next billing cycle, to complete the refund. The refund amount will be converted to your local currency by your bank.
