If cancellations are made 1 day before the travel date, or on the day of travel, the full tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In cases of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be cancelled. We will provide alternative options where possible, but a cash refund will not be offered.

Please ensure you bring valid ID (Passport, Emirates ID, or Driver’s License) for each individual upon arrival.
Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Adherence to this timing is crucial due to the time-sensitive nature of the activity.
For safety reasons, do not bring sharp objects, lighters, luggage, alcohol, knives, or similar items.
Any damage to or breakage of items will incur charges based on the actual cost.
Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed). Pickup and drop-off times for shared transfers may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic conditions and your location.
During Ramadan and dry days, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended in accordance with government guidelines.
Pick-up from locations outside the specified areas (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed) can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Smoking is not permitted on the dhow cruises to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
If traveling with children, please supervise them at all times for their safety.
