After a successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours.If the preferred slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer’s preference and send a new confirmation voucher via email.Alternatively, the customer can choose to cancel their booking before receiving confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.
