How to Reach:
By Car: Take a cab from the city center to the tower, approximately 3.7 kilometers, which takes about 8 minutes.
By Train: From Ostbahnhof, take the S7 train to Berlin Alexanderplatz Bahnhof, the nearest station to the tower. From there, it's just a 550-meter walk to your destination.
Cancellations
If cancellations are made at least 1 day before the travel date, no cancellation fees will be charged. However, if cancellations occur within 0 to 1 day of the travel date, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, we will offer alternative options when possible, but no cash refunds will be provided.
Confirmation
The customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hour of a successful booking.If the preferred time slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternative schedule based on the customer’s preferences and send a new confirmation voucher via email.Alternatively, if the customer decides to cancel before the booking is confirmed, a full refund will be processed.
