To reach Bentota, you can easily use local autorickshaws for convenient transport.

Cancellation

If you cancel 15 days or more before your travel date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will apply.If you cancel between 7 and 15 days before your travel date, the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total booking cost.Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost.In cases of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. While alternative options will be offered, cash refunds will not be provided.

Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The package price covers one boat, which can accommodate up to 6 participants. In the event of extreme weather, the activity may be canceled. If this occurs, you can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule to a different date. For your comfort, please wear light, breathable clothing, preferably made of dri-fit material. Note that this Bentota river boat safari is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with disabilities, and it is not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs.
