Payment Policy:

The payment schedule for your booking is determined by various factors including destination, time of booking, included services, and specific airline and hotel payment policies relevant to your package. Please note that failure to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in your initial booking confirmation email may result in the cancellation of your booking by Dook Travels, following attempted contact with you. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the package cancellation policy.

Passenger names in the booking form must match those on their passports. Dook Travels will not be responsible for any name change fees resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of booking.Please be aware that your package includes baggage according to airline policies. Any additional baggage will incur separate charges.

Standard check-in time at hotels is typically 2:00 PM with check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.If the selected hotel is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of similar category to the customer.Certain hotels may require a security deposit during check-in, refundable upon check-out per hotel policy, to be deposited by the traveler.Please note that "Day at Leisure" means no sightseeing activities are scheduled for that day.

Dook Travels will not be liable for missed activities, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.No refunds, either partial or full, will be provided for any unused portion of the services included in the package.The package price excludes special dinners or mandatory charges sometimes levied by hotels during holidays such as New Year's and Christmas. Our package price does not include GST and TCS. Complimentary activities not charged to Dook Travels or guests are non-refundable.

Our package prices are based on twin-sharing accommodation. Published prices apply to a minimum of two persons, with multiples thereof.As per RBI guidelines, every foreign traveler must provide their PAN details. The dollar component of the package price will be deducted from your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).The tour cost does not cover Overseas Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend purchasing an Overseas Insurance Policy as it is non-refundable once issued.

These terms constitute the general terms for our tour packages. Any terms stated in the proposal will be considered part of these terms, with the proposal terms prevailing in case of discrepancies.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Dook will make every effort to operate each group tour. In the event of insufficient passengers, Dook will refund 100% of the money to travelers. Except for this, Dook shall have no further liability.
