Cancellation policy
You can cancel at least 25 hours prior to the start date of the activity with no charge.
If you don't cancel within 25 hours of the activity start time (local time), you won't receive a refund. Additionally, failing to attend the activity will be considered a No-Show and will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the booking value.
