Directions:

By Train: Take the Sukhumvit Line to Mo Chit Station (or N8 Station). Use Exit No. 1 or 3, then catch bus no. 26 or 96 to Fashion Island Shopping Mall. Cross the overpass and hop on a minibus to Safari World.

Remarks:

Cancellation Policy: Buffet lunch cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior to arrival, otherwise, a cancellation charge of 80% of the net lunch buffet rate will apply.

Service Privileges: One tour guide and one tour leader (with a minimum group size of 16 PAX) will receive complimentary service privileges as per the service rates on the scheduled date.

Visitor Guidelines: Guests must remain inside the vehicle upon entering the Safari Park Area.

Hotel Check-in: Kindly provide room numbers after check-in at the hotel.

Booking Advice: Exercise caution and thoroughness when booking services.

How to Use

Please arrive in the hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to the time specified on your voucher to begin. Any tardiness on your part may result in rescheduling for a later available slot, or automatic cancellation with a 100% charge. 

The driver may experience delays of up to 15-45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. You are not required to present physical vouchers; simply display the mobile voucher or booking confirmation to our guide.

Please be aware that activity timings are subject to change due to various factors such as weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols. Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any bookings in the event of inclement weather or natural disasters.

Children above 100 cm in height will be charged at the adult rate, while those below 100 cm will not incur entrance fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Paid Bookings

For all pre-paid bookings, the following cancellation policy will apply:

Cancellation 3 or more days before the excursion: No charge will be applied.

Cancellation 2 days before the excursion date: A 50% charge will be applied.

Cancellation 1 day before the excursion date: A 100% charge will be applied.

In the event of cancellation due to any natural problem, we will offer the option to reschedule your booking for another date or provide a full refund.

Partial Payment Booking (20%):

Please note that the 20% partial payment for bookings is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
