The AYA Universe in Dubai spans 40,000 sq ft and features 12 themed chambers, offering a glimpse into a futuristic city with its innovative spaces, cultural events, and vibrant community. Enjoy interactive experiences such as controlling constellations with a hand wave or exploring shimmering rivers that connect the chambers.
Experience the AYA Universe with access to 12 distinct zones, each themed around different galaxies and offering unique experiences. The themed zones include:
Aurora: A zone that captivates with motion and gesture-controlled colorful artwork.
The Source: A mysterious room showcasing vibrant LED pools.
Cosmos: Offers a glimpse of the night sky.
Flora: A bioluminescent garden for leisurely strolls.
Harmonia: Features a mesmerizing robotic light show in a mirrored infinity space.
How to Reach:
By Metro: Take the Green Line Metro to The Dubai Healthcare City Station. From there, AYA Universe is just a 550-meter walk away.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost will apply.For cancellations made between 1 and 30 days before the travel date, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total tour cost.In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, union disputes, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, certain trips or activities may be canceled. Alternative options will be provided, but cash refunds will not be offered.

Additional Info

Please bring a valid ID, such as a passport copy or Emirates ID, when visiting the AYA Universe.
Emirates People of Determination (specially-abled) ID card holders, along with one companion, can enjoy free entry.
Non-flash photography and videography for personal use are allowed, but please refrain from capturing other guests. Commercial use of photos and videos is prohibited.
Re-entry is not allowed once you have exited the premises.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for sealed water bottles.
Be aware that AYA Universe features bright lighting effects, including flashing and strobe lights. This may not be suitable for guests with sensitivity to these effects or a history of photosensitive epilepsy.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
