City Tour with Acropolis Museum day 2

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, it's time to embark on your exploration of Athens. The half-day sightseeing journey will commence from the iconic Acropolis, leading you through to Omonia Square with a brief stop at the historic Panathenaic Stadium for some memorable photos.

Continuing your tour, you'll traverse the Athens Trilogy, encompassing notable landmarks such as the University of Athens, the Academy of Athens, and the National Library. As you proceed, you'll also pass by the tranquil National Garden, the majestic Hadrian’s Arch, St. 

Paul’s Church, Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Schliemann’s House (Numismatic Museum), the Catholic Cathedral, the Old Parliament, Constitution Square, and the Russian Orthodox Church.

The tour culminates at the Acropolis Museum, where you'll delve into the timeless symbols of classical spirit and civilization, witnessing the profound architectural and artistic legacy bestowed upon the world by Greek Antiquity.

Explore Delphi day 3

Following breakfast, embark on your two-day excursion to Delphi and Meteora, immersing yourself in the iconic landmarks of mainland Greece. Traverse through the awe-inspiring landscapes of Boeotia, Thebes, and Levadia en route to our first destination.

Delphi, revered as the epicenter of the ancient world by the Greeks. Renowned for its historic theater, the Temple of Apollo, and ancient relics, Delphi held profound significance as the "navel of the world" in classical antiquity.

Explore the archaeological marvels and pay homage to the Temple of Apollo, renowned for its legendary oracle. Later in the afternoon, journey onwards to Kalambaka, traversing the Thessalian plain in Central Greece, with brief stops in Lamia and Trikala.

Nestled at the base of the imposing grey rocks of Meteora, Kalambaka welcomes you with its quaint charm, offering a momentary pause for souvenir shopping beneath the towering Monasteries.

Enjoy an overnight stay in the tranquil ambiance of Kalambaka, anticipating further adventures amid these ancient marvels.

Explore Meteora day 4

Today, our journey commences in the morning as we head towards the nearby marvel of Meteora for an enriching tour of its cliff-top monasteries. We'll explore two distinct Byzantine Monasteries, perched atop towering rock formations, offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding plains.

Meteora holds a distinguished place on the UNESCO world heritage monument list, with its monasteries gracefully nestled atop sandstone towers, providing secluded retreats for monks over centuries. Renowned for its natural beauty, Meteora stands as one of the most picturesque regions of mainland Greece, boasting a cluster of monasteries that rank among the country's most exceptional attractions.

On our return journey from the monasteries, an optional visit awaits at a Byzantine-style icons factory. As we make our way back to Athens, we'll pass by the heroic monument of Leonidas, the revered King of Sparta, at Thermopylae, where a brief stop allows for capturing memorable photographs.

The tour concludes with our return to Athens late in the afternoon, ensuring ample time to rest and rejuvenate for an overnight stay in the vibrant city.
