Confirmation:

Upon completing your booking, you will promptly receive confirmation of its availability, typically within 1 minute of the booking time. The majority of bookings are automatically confirmed, and we will promptly send you the voucher via email.

Auto Pre-Paid Booking:
Any booking made with auto pre-payment is automatically confirmed upon payment through our secure payment gateway system.

Partial Payment:
Bookings made with partial payment are non-refundable and automatically confirmed.

Pay Later Booking:
For bookings where you opt to pay later, confirmation is pending until you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.

Tour Pickup and Guide Information:
Our Customer Service Representative will confirm the pick-up time and guide numbers for tours at least 12 hours before the tour date, particularly for Join Tours. The pick-up points for all Private Tours are already specified in our itinerary.

Email Notifications:
If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your Spam folder or contact us via email.

Additional Information:

Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free if they do not require an additional seat.

Children aged 3-8 will be charged 75% of the tour rate.

Children over 8 years old will be charged as adults.

Our tours are available almost every day. In case of urgency or cancellation, we will notify you at least 12 hours before the tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may offer alternative dates or provide an immediate refund.

Tours are conducted in English, but Private Tours can be arranged in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean upon request. Please specify your preferred language when booking a private tour.

Please arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the specified voucher time to start the activity.

Any delays on your part may result in rescheduling to a later time if available. Otherwise, there will be an auto-cancellation with a 100% charge.

The driver may be delayed by 15-45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

You do not need to present physical vouchers; simply display the mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your mobile device to our guide.

Please be aware that activity times may be affected by various factors, including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.

Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Paid Bookings:

For all pre-paid bookings, the following cancellation policy will be applied:

Cancellation made before 3 days of the excursion date will incur no charges.

Cancellation made before 2 days of the excursion date will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellation made before 1 day of the excursion date will incur a 100% charge.

In the event of activity cancellation due to any natural problem, we will offer the option to reschedule your booking for another date or provide a full refund.

For bookings with a 20% partial payment, this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
