We have an amazing news for the government employees in Pakistan! The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has recently announced an opportunity for government officers and officials who are posted on jobs BPS 07 to BPS 18 to apply for welfare duties as Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/ Nazims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during Hajj 2025.

These Hajj 2025 duties are open for various areas of hajj aspects such as accommodation, transport and food etc. The Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/ Nazims recruitment process will be conducted through the National Testing Service (NTS) while assuring a transparent and merit-based selection. Open Positions Details

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has announced a total of 880 positions for supervisory and supporting roles/ duties during the Hajj 2025 and each of them are distributed based on provincial and regional quotas. Following are the details regarding available positions and their total seats:

Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/ Nazims (Supervisory Positions)

  • Seats: 80
  • BPS: 17-18
  • Open for: Male/ Female, fresh and repeaters

Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/ Nazims (Field Supporting Staff)

  • Seats: 800
  • BPS: 7-16
  • Open for: Male/ Female, fresh and repeaters

Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/ Nazims Quota:

As we informed you earlier the selection for these Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/ Nazims seats will be made on quota and merit. Provincial quota allocation for these recently announced Ministry of Religious Affairs jobs is given below:

  • Merit: 7.50%
  • Punjab: 49%
  • Sindh (Urban): 7.60%
  • Sindh (Rural): 11.40%
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 11.50%
  • Baluchistan: 6%
  • Ex-FATA: 3%
  • AJK: 2%
  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 1%
  • ICT: 1%

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Government Employment: Regular government employees in BPS-07 to BPS-18, drawing salaries from AGPR or equivalent provincial accounts.
  2. Age Limit: Fresh Candidates: 25-50 years (born between 01 May 1975 and 30 April 2000). Or for Repeaters: 25-55 years (born between 01 May 1970 and 30 April 2000).
  3. Hajj Duty Experience: Repeaters must have performed two or fewer Hajj duties in KSA as Pakistan-based Moavineen/ Nazims.
  4. Qualification: Minimum qualification for supporting staff is Matric/ SSC.
  5. Health Requirements: Disabled or medically unfit candidates, including those with chronic diseases, are ineligible to apply
  6. Religion: Non-Muslim candidates are ineligible to apply.

Required Documents:

Following are the documents that every candidate should submit and online application form for these seats can be downloaded from the NTS portal.

  • Nomination Performa and undertaking
  • Medical Fitness Certificate from concerned DHQ
  • Service No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  • Surety Bond on stamp paper
  • Recent Salary/pay Slip issued by AGPR, provincial AG offices and Field Accounts Offices under the Controller General of Accounts (CGA).
  • CNIC (To be Pasted on nomination Performa)
  • 1x passport size color photograph (Blue background) To be Pasted on
  • Bio-Data Form
  • Copy of Office Card

Selection Process for These Seats:

The Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/ Nazims recruitment process includes:

  1. Written Test: Conducted by NTS, based on syllabus and material available on the NTS website.
  2. Physical/Endurance Test: A 5 km jog/ brisk walk within a specified time.
  3. Verification:
    • Candidates must provide original documents and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) at later stages.
    • Medical fitness certificates from District Headquarters Hospitals (DHQ) are mandatory.

General Conditions:

  • Repeaters are limited to 70% of the total positions.
  • While applying for these seats candidates also have to submit application processing fee and Rs. 10 service charges per application.
  • The Ministry reserves the right to adjust the number of Moavineen/Nazims positions based on Hajj quotas and Saudi regulations.
  • Any false information during the application process will result in disqualification.

How to Apply

  • Visit the NTS portal to sign up for the candidate portal by providing few personal details.
  • After signing up for the portal you start filling out your online Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/ Nazims application form for the test.
  • Apply for the test online by providing all the asked details and requested documents.
  • Then candidates should submit the printed copy of online filled application form with attested documents to the NTS Headquarters (M/O RA&IH Moavin/Nazim Project 2025) Plot #96, Street #04, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad.
  • Application submissions must be made within 15 days after the announcement of these positions which means candidates have time to submit these applications till 9th January 2025.
  • Handwritten or improperly filled applications will not be entertained.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for document verification.
